So I recently hopped back to keto and weightlifting, mainly to lose weight. I read that casein would be better for losing weight, but whey is better for gains.
I'm not in a hurry, it the main reason is I don't really eat that much, so it's hard to hit my protein. And my muscles feel sore, so the regeneration seems really slow right now.
What do you prefer and can you recommend me something?
Because i don't like YouTube recommendations, sell out to strong :x
